Welcome to Zenaura Yoga. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zenaura Yoga website, our live online oncology yoga classes, our video library subscription service, and any other services we offer (collectively, the “Services”). By registering for, purchasing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. About Our Services
Zenaura Yoga provides:
- Live Online Oncology Yoga Classes — scheduled group or individual sessions conducted virtually, following a structured, running program designed for cancer patients and survivors.
- Video Library Subscription — a library of pre-recorded oncology yoga sessions, made available to clients who are unable to attend live classes at their scheduled time due to health conditions, treatment schedules, or other personal circumstances.
Both services are offered on a prepaid, subscription basis, as described in Section 4 below.
2. Important Medical Disclaimer
Please read this section carefully.
Zenaura Yoga’s classes and video content are complementary wellness practices and are not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or advice from a qualified physician or oncologist. Our instructors are trained in oncology-adapted yoga practices, but they are not medical professionals, and nothing provided through our Services should be understood as medical guidance.
By enrolling in our Services, you confirm that:
- Before starting any physical activity, including yoga, you have spoken to or will speak to your attending physician, especially considering your present treatment or medical condition.
- You will work at your own speed and will immediately discontinue any exercise that causes any form of pain or discomfort. You will notify your instructor in such an instance.
- It is well known that different people experience varying results and that Zenaura Yoga does not make any guarantees about specific results pertaining to one’s health.
- You will let us know about any health-related conditions you may have at intake.
Zen Aura Yoga strongly encourages all clients to keep their oncology care team informed about their participation in these classes.
3. Eligibility
Our Services are intended for cancer patients, survivors, and their family members. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are registering with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian if you are a minor.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
4.1 Prepaid Model All live classes and program enrollments must be paid in full prior to participation. Access to any scheduled class or running program will only be granted upon confirmed receipt of payment.
4.2 Video Library Subscription The video library is offered as a separate paid subscription, billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly/quarterly, as selected at checkout). This subscription is intended for clients who are unable to consistently attend live sessions due to health conditions or scheduling limitations, and it grants access to our library of recorded oncology yoga sessions for the duration of the active subscription period.
4.3 Combined Access Clients may choose to subscribe to live classes, the video library, or both. Each is billed and governed separately unless otherwise stated in a bundled offer.
4.4 Pricing All current pricing will be listed on our website at the time of purchase. Zenaura Yoga reserves the right to change pricing for future billing cycles, with reasonable advance notice provided to existing subscribers.
4.5 Auto-Renewal Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the client prior to the renewal date, in accordance with Section 6.
5. Program Structure and Attendance
5.1 Running Program Live classes follow a structured, ongoing program with a set schedule communicated at the time of enrollment. Clients are supposed to be present for the sessions in accordance with the following schedule.
5.2 Missed Sessions We recognize that there might be circumstances where illness, adverse effects of treatment, or even hospitalizations can impede clients from participating in scheduled live sessions. Those clients that cannot participate in live sessions are recommended to enroll in our video library that includes recorded sessions on the same practice.
5.3 Reschedule of the Class is Not Guaranteed Our live classes are held in accordance with an ongoing program and therefore missed live sessions will not be rescheduled or reimbursed. The video library subscription exists specifically to provide an alternative for clients who cannot commit to fixed live timings.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests of live classes and video library subscription need to be done via [contact mechanism / email] before the upcoming billing date in order to avoid being renewed.
Since sessions are prepaid and resources of the instructors have been assigned accordingly, the fee that is paid upfront cannot be refunded, except when it is dictated by the law or if there is a medical emergency on behalf of the Zenaura Yoga, Inc.
[Make sure to define the window for the refund process]
The above paragraph needs to be reviewed by your lawyer to ensure compliance with consumer protection regulations of India.
7. Video Library Access (Including Third-Party Platforms)
Where our video library is hosted on a third-party platform (such as YouTube), access may be provided via private links, unlisted videos, or a members-only channel, subject to that platform’s own terms of service. Zenaura Yoga cannot be held liable for any disruptions, blocked content, or policies imposed by third-party applications that are beyond our control. The content of the videos is to be used personally by the subscribed client and should not be downloaded, copied, or shared elsewhere.
8. Client Conduct
Clients agree to:
- Respect your teachers and other participants during live class sessions.
- Provide correct health and contact information when you register.
- Not to share any personal login details, exclusive links to classes, or video library with people who have not subscribed to Services.
Zenaura Yoga has the right to terminate any customer’s participation in classes or access to Services in cases of abuse, intimidation, and threatening behavior.
9. Intellectual Property
Class materials, video recordings, sessions, logos, and content on the Website are protected by copyright owned by Zenaura Yoga and can be used only for personal purposes without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Insofar as the law allows, Zenaura Yoga, including its founder, teachers, and affiliates, is not responsible for any injury, health problem, or negative effect that results from the attendance of our classes or viewing of our videos, except when that negative effect is a direct consequence of our gross negligence or willful wrongdoing. Our clients voluntarily participate in each session and do so at their own risk, following the medical disclaimer of Section 2.
This clause needs careful legal drafting given the health-sensitive nature of your client base — please have this reviewed specifically.
11. Privacy
Your personal and medical data is treated in compliance with our [Privacy Policy], which provides information on the manner we collect, use and secure your data. Your use of the Services means that you agree to these policies.
12. Changes to These Terms
Zenaura Yoga may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage clients to review this page periodically.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert City, e.g., Hyderabad, Telangana].

A few things worth flagging before you publish this:
- Refund policy (Section 6) is left with placeholders — this is the part most likely to cause client disputes, so it’s worth deciding on specifics (exact refund windows, medical emergency exceptions) before finalizing.
- Liability limitation (Section 10) is the single most important clause to get legally reviewed, given you’re serving cancer patients specifically.
- You’ll also want a separate Privacy Policy page (referenced in Section 11) — I can draft that next if useful.
Want me to also turn this into a matching HTML page in your site’s purple/pink style, or draft the Privacy Policy next?
